An eSafety inspection (or pink slip as it is also known) is required for all light vehicles older than 5 years for the purposes of registration renewal within in NSW.

eSafety inspections can be performed at our authorised inspection station with the results electronically lodged with the Roads and Maritime Services/ Transport for NSW. 

A mobile eSafety inspection (or pink slip as it is also known) can be performed at your choice of address with the results electronically lodged with the Roads and Maritime Services/ Transport for NSW.  

Please note:  There is an additional travel fee for this service, on top of your standard pink slip fee. 

This option is ideal for caravans which are in storage. You don't need to be present, we can email you the invoice and the report once completed. 

An Unregistered Vehicle Inspection report (blue slip) verifies that an unregistered vehicle is safe, and that it meets design and identity standards. All unregistered light vehicles require a blue slip inspection before they can be registered in NSW. Waites Automotive are authorised to complete these inspections. These must be completed at our workshop, blue slips are unavailable mobile. 

We can conduct a pre purchase vehicle inspection which includes a test drive of the vehicle, comprehensive report of the vehicle's condition both internally and externally. Our technician's qualified opinion of the mechanical condition of the vehicle including  suspension, brakes, and tyre condition. Vehicle modifications and obvious rust identification or body damage. This inspection is particularly handy if you are not from the Port Macquarie area but are looking to buy locally.
